Retainer & Booking

Client has paid the required non-refundable Bridal Show special rate session/retainer fee of $99 for an individual session or $125 for couples to secure the session date and time mentioned in this agreement. The session fee does not apply to the package cost selected and is intended to cover the time and talents of both the hair and makeup team as well as the photographer. Client agrees to pay the session package amount, plus applicable sales tax, via online invoice no later than7 calendar days prior to the scheduled session date. Partial payments will not be accepted.

Client has paid the required retainer to secure the session date and time mentioned in this agreement and both photographer and client agree no other session will be scheduled on the session date that conflicts with the client's allotted session time.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Client understands that the session/retainer fee is non-refundable in the event client cancels or no-shows their session date. If the client’s reschedule date is outside 45 days from the original shoot date the client understands that a new retainer must be paid to secure the new session date and the previous retainer will not be transferred.
In the event of a reschedule the client agrees to make every effort to give at least a 72 hour notice of need to postpone. The reschedule date must be done within 45 calendar days of the originally scheduled session date. Sessions requesting reschedules inside the 72 hour window or outside of the 45 days (not to exceed 90 days) may be subject to a $275 reschedule fee. This fee will not be applied to any package price and client understands this is an additional fee for the reschedule. In the event the Client requests more than 1 reschedule a reschedule fee of $275 plus a new session/retainer fee will be required before securing a new session date.

spray tan policy

In an effort to produce the best images possible it is the policy of Zasey Photography, LLC that clients DO NOT spray tan/self tan prior to their scheduled session. The client accepts that if a spray tan is evident, and is deemed by Amber to be too orange in nature the session will be rescheduled and the client will be charged a $275 rescheduling fee.

arrival time/late policy

Client understands that punctuality is crucial in creating a relaxed, non-rushed session environment. It is recommended that the client arrives to the studio approximately 5 minutes before their scheduled makeup and hair appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their makeup and hair will be asked to reschedule their session for a later date and will be charged a $275 reschedule fee. Client understands that the scheduled time for hair and makeup and photo shoot are blocked off solely for their appointment time. If client arrives late to their hair and makeup appointment that time will be deducted from the shoot time but only providing the hair and makeup team is able to accommodate a late arrival. Client understands that the hair and makeup team does not exclusively block off the entire date for the client session and may have other work obligations immediately following client’s appointment time.

ALCOHOL & DRUG USE POLICY

Client understands that if they arrive or become intoxicated during their session their shoot, or to their proofing session, their session/proofing will be canceled and a reschedule fee in the amount of $275 will be assessed. Clients are prohibited from using any recreational drugs prior to or during their session. If it is determined a client/s are under the influence of recreation drugs or prescription drugs that adversely impact their speech and motor skills the session will be terminated and a reschedule date will not be offered. All monies paid will be applied toward the time spent by the photographer the day of the session and as compensation for reserving that session time exclusively for said client.

Release of liability

Zasey Photography, LLC and its agents will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained by the client/s during their session. Injury includes but not limited to falling, cuts, bruises and soreness due to intense posing methods. The client reserves the right to decline any pose they feel may harmful to them.

privacy policy

Client reserves the right to forbid images taken to be use on social media platforms and the Zasey Photography, LLC professional website. A signed model release will be provided to those clients wishing to share their images. Zasey Photography, LLC promises to never use real names anywhere the images are shared nor to tag clients on social media.

Payment plan policy

Zasey Photography, LLC does not offer payment plans but accepts all major credit cards as well as Affirm. Total session balance with applicable sales tax is due no later than 7 days prior to the session date.

products & services

Albums included with the client's investment are a standard vegan or basic leather option cover in 8x8 size with a 10 spreads, 20 pages layout. Additional pages and spreads, as well as upgrades to album covers and enclosures, are available at an additional cost. Framed prints come with a standard black frame. Framing upgrades are available for an additional cost.

Proofing of session images will take place the day of the shoot. Only in rare, pre-discussed circumstances, will a reveal be postponed to a later date. Albums and products are typically delivered 6-8 weeks following the session date. Client acknowledges that events outside of the photographer’s control, including but not limited to computer issues, illness, scheduling, supply shortages, 3rd party timelines, weather that impact shipping etc, may delay product delivery but any delays will be communicated to the client whenever possible.

Artistic style

By signing this Agreement the client agrees to and acknowledges the style of photography performed by Amber Strickler & Zasey Photography, as demonstrated on Zasey Photography's professional websites. No refunds shall be made for services and goods provided based upon the client's dissatisfaction with such style of photography. The client also acknowledges and agrees that the style of photography provided hereunder is artistic, sometimes candid, and structured/posed as the photographer sees fit. Zasey Photography, LLC will not replicate another photographer's work that the client may find online (i.e. Pinterest, Facebook, etc.).

PROOFING POLICY

Proofing is conducted following the conclusion of the photo session. The day of proofing will be the only proofing time offered. Any changes to images request to the album or high resolution after the conclusion of proofing will be subject to a $400 fee. This fee does not apply toward any products or additional images and will serve as compensation for the additional, unscheduled time needed to accommodate the request and will be done in-person at the studio. NO online galleries to view and select new images will be offered at any time.

Body Image Disclaimer

Client acknowledges that personal preferences or body image concerns, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with their physical appearance, weight, or perceived flaws, shall not serve as grounds for a refund or re-shoot. The Photographer will make every reasonable effort to capture flattering and aesthetically pleasing images, taking into consideration the Client's desired outcome and the Photographer's professional judgment and artistic style. It is the Client's responsibility to communicate any specific concerns or preferences prior to the session. By engaging the services of the Amber Strickler & Zasey Photography, the Client agrees that their personal body image issues shall not be the basis for any refund or dissatisfaction with the final photographs.

Copyright law, online images & usage

Client agrees to not edit, alter or otherwise modify any delivered images, whether online or as part of their final product order. All images are copyright of Zasey Photography, LLC under Title 17 of United States Copyright Law under The U.S. Copyright Act of 1976. High resolution images sold to client are intended for re-print use only. Images may not be sold, published or redistributed without the sole written consent of Zasey Photography, LLC and its agents. Client also agrees to not screen capture images in online proofing galleries or social media sites. Doing such constitutes theft. Images shared online with client consent are intended for marketing purposes only and are often referred to as “sneak peeks”. These images are the sole property of Zasey Photography. Client may re-share images posted online but client is prohibited from screen capturing or downloading these images.

roduct guarantee & warranty

Each print and album is personally inspected by Amber Strickler to ensure its quality meets the standards of the Zasey Photography, LLC. If the client feels the product lacks in quality it is the responsibility of the client to notify Zasey Photography, LLC within 7 days of receipt of their album, prints or other products. Failure to do so will indicate the client accepts the products as is and shall be barred from making such claims of defects or to seek compensation or replacement.

Shipping cost

Albums and products will be picked up from the Zasey Photography, LLC satellite location in League City, TX. Clients wishing to have their products shipped to them acknowledge and accept responsibility for all shipping costs. Packages lost in shipment are not the responsibility of Zasey Photography and all claims made with the shipping company must be handled by the client. The client waves their right to pursue Amber Strickler or Zasey Photography, LLC for any products that are lost or damaged due to shipping.
