client payment plan agreement & terms
Payment Plan terms
Payment plans terms are as follows:
Client understands that half of the total package cost (this includes tax) is due 7 days prior to the scheduled session date.
Client agrees to keep a credit card/debit card on file and authorizes Amber Strickler/Zasey Photography to saved payment method bi-weekly or monthly as agreed upon below at the time of execution of this agreement.
Client also understands that while they can view their session images, select album details and album images the same day as their session that Amber Strickler/Zasey Photography will do no edits or album designs until the remaining session balance is paid in full.
Payment plans are not to exceed 6 months following the session date and the scheduled charges will begin two weeks following the session date and on a Monday.
Canceled cards/payments will constitute termination of the payment agreement and no money paid to that point will be refunded as it will be considered compensation for time, talent and credit card transaction fees spent or incurred by Amber Strickler/Zasey Photography and her hair and makeup team.
Client agrees to pay the required session fee of $500 to secure their session date and understands that this amount does not go toward the final session balance and is not considered part of the first half due due by client prior to the session date.
Client also understands Mini sessions (offered in the months of January, February and March only) do not qualify for a payment plan due to the discounted nature of this package.
